Dr. Nkombe (Advocate) is the Managing Partner at Afro Law Chamber (ALC) and an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto. He is also a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Open University of Tanzania.
Dr. Nkombe holds a Ph.D. in Law and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Taxation, both from the University of Dar es Salaam. He further holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B Hons.) from Mzumbe University.
