Mr. Justine Saikon (Advocate)

Mr.  Saikon is the Associate Managing Partner at Afro Law Chamber (ALC). He is an active private practitioner and an Advocate of the High Court of the United Republic of Tanzania and Courts Subordinate thereto. He also serves as an Assistant Lecturer in Law at Archbishop Mihayo University College of Tabora, a constituent college of St. Augustine University of Tanzania. Mr. Saikon also oversees the firm’s operations in Tabora as the Managing Partner of Afro Law Chamber’s Tabora office.

Mr. Saikon holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGDLP) from the Law School of Tanzania, a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Human Rights Law from St. Augustine University of Tanzania, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Tumaini University Makumira.

Mr. Saikon heads the Litigation Department at the firm. His litigation expertise has consistently produced positive outcomes in meeting clients’ expectations. Saikon is known for his composed yet rigorous approach in advancing legal arguments, coupled with a strong persuasive ability. He possesses excellent analytical, administrative, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Additionally, he has a strong interest in social and business networking, which enables him to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse groups of people.
